  I was seriously hesitant about personal training but knew I had to get in shape and I wasn't doing on my own by a long shot. Then I met Will. He's personable, patient and above all an incredibly good motivator. My sense of overall wellbeing has rocketed since I started training with him. Thank you Will! See you in the gym!!

  I can't say enough good things about Will and his studio. I was looking to get back in shape from a long hiatus and wasn't sure how to proceed. Will worked with me to determine my goals, measure a baseline and customize a workout/nutrition plan to meet my goals.
  
  Not only did his knowledge and experience shine through, but the plan worked great.. all in a private setting. He is very flexible, understanding and able to adjust the program as needed. I'm easily in the best shape in years (if not my life) and I owe a ton to Will. Thanks a ton Will, I'll be back soon!
